As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are requiring all parents/guardians to sign a COVID-19 Screening Consent Form. This form includes a list of health & safety measures put in place at all TKBGC locations, request to speak with a members' school regarding member health, and consent to complete a COVID-19 pre-screening (including temperature check) on all members every day.
