Published July 03, 2020 10:00

July 3rd 2020 - On July 13th, TKBGC will be reopening our 101 Spruce Street location to 24 members for an in-person summer day camp.

The City of Toronto has implemented a by-law imposing temporary regulations requiring the wearing of masks or other face coverings within enclosed public spaces. Click here to see the by-law in its entirety.

TKBGC will be complying with the City of Toronto Public Health measures and taking every precaution to safely open our facility.

Current measures in place as of Monday, July 6, 2020:

  • Front door Screening will include hand sanitizing station, contactless thermometer temperature reading and health questionnaire
  • Only staff and members will be allowed access to the facility
  • Contractors will have limited access to the space as necessary
  • Groups will be in cohorts of 10 with 2:8 staff to child ratio
  • All staff will be provided with a reusable Club issued cloth mask, however, feel free to wear your own mask or face covering.
  • Disposable masks will also be available
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available outside each program space
  • Non-latex gloves are available
  • Cleaning schedule for wiping down high touch points

As we begin to re-open our space we may need to make adjustments based on the ever changing landscape of COVID-19.
