1 Thursday: Flex Your Head
Now more than ever, our members need support in addressing issues of mental health and wellness. The pandemic, coupled with the cycle of violence in our society are negatively impacting our young people.

Flex Your Head was developed to help youth think about, talk about, and understand issues of mental health and wellness within a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.
