NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Toronto Kiwanis Boys and Girls Clubs will be held virtually on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. for the following purposes:
To receive the consolidated financial statements of the club for the fiscal period ended on December 31, 2019;
To elect new Directors;
To appoint auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020;
To ratify all acts of Directors and Officers;
To transact such further business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

VOTING MEMBER INFORMATION
Who can be a voting member?
Voting members have either made a tax receiptable donation in 2019 or registered to be a voting member when enrolling your child in an after-school or day camp program.
Corporate Members include:
1) all Directors,
2) one parent or legal guardian of Participating Members, as indicated in the registration documentation of the Participating Member, and
3) any individual who or entity that made a charitable donation to TKBGC that is eligible for an income tax receipt
What is my role at the AGM as a voting member?
Voting Members are entitled to receive notice of, attend, and vote on resolutions at Meetings of Members; however, Corporate Members are not so entitled if they become Members less than 30 days before the Meeting of Members.
